Post Match presentation.
Player of the Match and acting England captain Moeen Ali says: “We batted really well especially at the top and finished really well the last three or four overs and then bowled brilliantly throughout. Rash, Toppers in particular again with the new ball and then at the death, what we were looking for, I thought we were outstanding… That’s the thing we’re really proud about tonight, the death bowling was fantastic, and I think they’ll take a lot of confidence from that.”
Kieron Pollard: “It was a game of two halves, it spun in the night, it didn’t spin in the day. I believe in the back end of the [England] innings is when we let it slip. It’s going to be a good shoot-out tomorrow night.”
