Pakistan vs Bangladesh Highlights Today, Friday 19-11-2021. 1st T20I, Pakistan tour of Bangladesh, from Shere Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur, Dhaka. From 2007 to 2020 Pakistan and Bangladesh teams played twelve t20 international matches. Pakistan won ten of them, and Bangladesh got two victories. 211 is the highest ever total of the Dhaka cricket stadium. Scored by the home team Bangladesh against West Indies in 2018. 143 runs total scored by Bangladesh in chasing against Pakistan in 2015. Pakistan posted their highest ever total of this venue in 2014, which is 191 against Australia in 2014.
Bangladesh team must have lost their confidence after a very poor performance in the T20 World Cup super-twelve stage by losing all of their five matches. It will take some time to prepare again for the shortest format of international cricket for Bangladesh. Pakistan team have lost the Semifinal of the T20 World Cup 2021, but they have beaten five teams in a row in the super-twelve stage, including India and New Zealand. No doubt their confidence level should be high enough to beat Bangladesh in their home conditions, but it will not be an easy task.

Post Match Presentation.
Mahmudullah: I think when we chose to bat first, it looked like a pretty good wicket to bat on but there was help for bowlers too. Hopefully, we can come up with a better plan tomorrow. It would have been better to get 140 but with 127, we thought if we could get a couple of wickets early on, which our bowlers did, Taskin, Fizz, Mahedi, we were very close but the credit goes to their last two batters.
Hasan Ali is the Player of the Match: I would like to thank Allah first of all. Obviously, it’s a pleasant moment for me. My performance wasn’t up to the mark in the World Cup but you have ups and downs in your career. I have been here during the BPL and I know it’s generally a slow pitch. So I bowled stump to stump and got wickets.
Babar Azam: The wicket was a bit difficult, not easy to bat on. So the credit goes to our middle order – Fakhar, Khushdil, and how Nawaz finished. We could have bowled them earlier, we ended up conceding 15-20 runs extra but that happens in cricket.
