Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka 3rd ODI Highlights – 18 March 2024

So the visitor team Sri Lanka scored 235 runs all out in complete fifty overs they have batted. They lost five wickets with 117 runs on the board in 25 overs. Sri Lanka team lost the wickets on regular basis. The only batsmen they got was Janith Liyanage who scored 101 runs off 102 balls and he batted throw the Sri Lankan innings. He hit two 6s and eleven 4s in his innings. Taskin Ahmed took three wickets, Mustafizur Rahman and Mehidy Hasan Miraz both took two wickets each. Rishad Hossain dismissed one Sri Lankan batsmen.

From the home team batting performance: Tanzid Hasan scored 84 runs, Towhid Hridoy 22, Mushfiqur Rahim † 37 not out. Mehidy Hasan Miraz 25 and Rishad Hossain 48 not out, who faced just 18 balls. At one stage Sri Lanka caught the visitors when they were five down at 130 on 25 overs. But after that Bangladesh started hitting boundaries and Sri Lankan bowlers lost the bowling momentum. Lahiru Kumara took four wickets in eight overs and he leaked 48 runs. Wanindu Hasaranga dismissed two Bangladeshi batsmen.
